Tappoo Group of Companies – Mother’s Day promo -Terms & Conditions

1. WHO CAN ENTER

• This competition is open to all Fiji residents
• Employees of Tappoo Group of Companies, their immediate family members*, and any person connected with the administration of this promotion are excluded.

*Immediate family members include a spouse, de-facto partner, parent, sibling, and/or child.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

• The promotion commences on Monday 27 April 2026 and concludes on Sunday 31 may 2026.

3. PRIZES

• Major Prize: Home appliances worth $15618 – Draw Date: 5^th June
• Weekly Promotions
• Week 1: Valid from 27 April – 3 May
• Week 2: Valid from 4 May – 10 May
• Week 3: Valid from 11 May – 17 May

4. HOW TO ENTER

• Participants must scan the QR code and upload their original receipt.
• Only single transaction dockets valued at $150 or above from Tappoo Department Stores (Tappoo Nausori, Tappoo City Suva, Tappoo Sigatoka, Tappoo Nadi, Tappoo City Lautoka) will be considered valid entries.
• Any docket reduced to below $150 due to an exchange or return prior to the draw will be disqualified.
• Participants must provide:
  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Town/City
  • Date of Birth

• Multiple entries are permitted based on the number of qualifying purchases.
• Purchases made between 27^th April – 31^st May will automatically be entered into the weekly draw corresponding to the receipt date.
• All receipts from the entire promotion period will also be entered into the Draw for the Major Prize.

5. NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING OF PRIZES

• Winners will be notified by phone following the prize draw.
• Tappoo will attempt to contact winners within 7 days of the draw date.
• If a winner fails to provide proof of eligibility or does not claim the prize within 7 days, they will forfeit their right to the prize. The prize will then be redrawn, and the original winner will forgo all claims.
• Prizes may only be redeemed by the winner or a representative properly authorized in writing by the winner, upon presentation of valid identification.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. PUBLICITY

• By entering the promotion, entrants agree that Tappoo Group of Companies may publish the names of winners.
• In accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in marketing activities and promotional campaigns, including interviews and photographs.
• Winners consent to Tappoo Group of Companies using their names and images at no additional cost for promotional purposes.
• Entry materials and any associated copyright, including publications relating to winners, become the property of Tappoo Group of Companies and may be edited or published.
• Winners may be required to sign documents necessary to exercise Tappoo Group of Companies’ rights under these terms.

7. GENERAL

• By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, entrants’ consent to receive marketing communications and promotional offers from Tappoo Group of Companies. Entrants will automatically be added to our mailing list.
• Tappoo Group of Companies reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who breaches these conditions.
• Tappoo Group of Companies reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without notice at any stage during the promotion.
